We put up a deal everyday on some of the coolest things to do in your city at an unbeatable discount. The discount is only valid if a minimum number of people sign up for the deal, this assures our service providers with a minimum number of customers. (Read 'How it Works' for operational details)

The Grabbon team is working tirelessly to negotiate unbeatable discounts with some of the leading vendors in town, when you buy a deal on Grabbon you involuntarily help yourself and others get the discount. Through our numerous friends like you we come to know of the best things to do in town and strive to bring them at a discounted price to the larger group on Grabbon.
Friend Referral
Why should i refer a friend ?
For multiple reasons, the best being that we credit Rs.100 to your Grabbon account for every friend you refer when they make their first purchase on Grabbon. There is no limit on how much you can earn. By referring you also ensure that a friend of yours gets an opportunity to be part of the deal. This way the whole group benefits.
How do i do it ?
Simple. After signing in, click on one of the 'Share this deal' links to share the deal with your friends through facebook, twitter or email. Once your friends click on the link we will know that they have been referred by you.
How do i use the money i earn through refer a friend ?
You can use your referral amount on your Grabbon account to buy deals any time in the future.
What if i have referrals links from multiple friends ?
The friend who's link you last clicked before registering will be rewarded on your first purchase.
Can i refer multiple friends ?
Absolutely, we encourage you to send it to as many friends and contacts as possible.

What's with the minimum number of people for the deal to be active?
By keeping a minimum threshold we ensure that our service providers are guaranteed a minimum number of customers, this is our show of good faith to the businesses for the incredible discount provided.
Do I have to sign up a group of people?
Not required, but since the survival of the deal is contingent upon minimum number of people signing up, it might be a good idea to spread the message across ( you could use the facebook, twitter, orkut links on the site or just plain word of mouth)
What happens if minimum numbers of registrants are not reached?
If minimum number of people don't sign up for the deal then the deal is cancelled. The token amount is not charged on your card.
How do I buy a deal?
Click on the 'BUY' link before the deal expires on the site. Pay the token amount and buy the coupon. If minimum number of people sign up for the deal then the deal is active and we will send you the coupon with instruction on use, else the deal is cancelled and we will not charge your card for the token amount.
How much do I have to pay upfront?
The token amount is normally a fraction of the deal value. The token amount is charged on your credit /debit card upfront. When you go to the service provider to consume the services the token amount is adjusted on the final discounted bill.
How is the payment done?
You can pay the token amount either through a credit card or debit card using the payment gateway on grabbon.com
What happens after I buy the deal online?
After you buy the deal we send you a confirmation of transaction; if minimum signup threshold has already been reached then we charge your card for the token amount and send you the Grabbon coupon, else we wait for the minimum threshold to be reached and then send out the coupons.
When can I start using the Grabbon Coupon?
The coupon that we send will contain details and validity of usage, it shall mention the start and end date of usage and other terms and conditions.
Can I use my Grabbon coupon across multiple visits to the service provider?
Normally this is not allowed, unless otherwise stated by the service provider the coupon can be used only for one visit.
Can I combine the Grabbon discount with other special offers at the service provider?
No, unless the coupon specifically mentions.
Will I be billed as soon as I join Grabbon?
No, registration to Grabbon is free, you are only billed when you sign up for a deal and the deal goes active.
How safe is it to do an online transaction on Grabbon?
Extremely. We use EBS as our payment gateway, who comply with Internationally Certified Security Standards like PCI DSS 1.1 Standards of Compliance.

Can I return the Grabbon coupon once I purchase it?
Normally returns are not allowed. We will handle it on a case by case basis.
What happens if the service provider shuts down and I am unable to use my coupon?
Don't worry, we will ensure that your token amount is returned.
Why are the kinds of deals that I want not being featured?
Oops our bad!! We understand that it could have missed our radar. Do write to us and we will ensure that it is featured on our site soon.
When will Grabbon be in my city?
Very soon, we are in the process of evaluating other cities to expand to. Let us know about your city and based on the number of Grabbon friends like you we have in your city we will start operations.
What's with the Crabs?
He he... you should ask my friend 'Machi' at Grabbon, he claims that as a child he had a pet crab which he named 'crab man' because apparently it had mustache, next thing you know he is going to convince you about crabs with lip gloss !! machi we believe you J
